Kandari Fringe Dress

Vintage deadstock Afghan Kandari fringe dress made from a beautifully embroidered cotton and handstitched Kandari embroidered front panel in the Kandahar region in Afghanisation in the 80s. Would fit sizes 8-16 due to the tie back and adjustable button on the waist and shoulders.
