WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS?

We source all our stock from Rushab's dad and his brother's old business that traded from Portobello Road. They used to import and export mostly from India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal during the 70's, 80's and 90's. We are carefully going through the deadstock vintage stockpile and curating collections of some truly historic pieces dating back over 100 years to some recently reworked and upcycled items. 

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING SOLD OUT ITEMS?

As our items are vintage and deadstock, whatever we drop on the website is usually the limited amount of stock we have available in it. We don't manufacture anything new, but make sure you're subscribed to our page as we will notify you when there's a stock drop with potentially similar items.

WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

As a growing small business, we are trialling designated post days. All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail on Mondays and Thursdays, so you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. If you require a different service, get in touch and we can try our best to accommodate for you.

WHAT POSTAGE SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer free standard 2nd Class Royal Mail shipping, however during busy times, delivery may be unpredictable. We offer a tracked 2nd Class service which gives you greater peace of mind as you can see every step of your parcel's journey. We also offer a 1st Class Tracked service to get your clothes the next day after they're shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we welcome international buyers! International Tracked service is a flat rate of £15 for most locations, taking between 2-4 weeks. If you feel the shipping has been wrongly calculated for your country at checkout, drop us a note through the Contact Us page and we'll look into an individual quote for you. Please note due to new tax laws outside of Europe, your parcel may be subject to custom charges, however we do all we can so customers do not have to pay the import duty.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As a new small company, we are only able to offer Returns or Exchanges up to 14 days after purchase. We try our best to describe each item perfectly, but remember these are vintage clothes that have been in storage for some time. Please check your measurements before purchasing and drop us a note through the Contact Us page should you require any further assistance. We aim to respond the same day!

MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can find your tracking number on your shipment confirmation email on your inbox! All items are sent recorded with Royal Mail. Please reach out to us if your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time frame.
