80s Print Button Peplum Blouse

Women's vintage 80s button up top or peplum jacket. Such a funky print, with shoulder pads that can very easily be cut out if that's not your thing. ’free size’ but  would fit up to UK 12 when done up, or could be worn undone or with a belt for different styling.
